Mr. Chiboboka told the Daily Nation in an interview in Lusaka that currently works were going on to lay new PVC pipes to replace the old system under the joint Bombay drainage project between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Zambian government. “We assured people of Kabwata Ward Six that every household will be connected to tap water and we have been doing a complete overhaul by laying PVC pipes to replace the old system because we promised that the whole Kabwata Constituency and Kabwata Ward Six in particular, will be connected to the main water reticulation system.
