Patriotic Front Kabushi Constituency Publicity Secretary Lyson Chingandu has complained that since the accident, Mukuba ward in the area had been hit by water shortage. Mr Chingandu appealed to Kafubu Water and Sewerage Company to quickly fix the problem because people were infuriated and running out of patience.
