Fri, 09 Feb 2018 12:36:34 +0000 CHITE MTONGA THE Zambia Centre for Interparty Dialogue (ZCID) is a toothless “bull dog” that has no capacity to play an intermediary role among political players in the country, Rainbow Party secretary general Wynter Kabimba has charged. Reacting to ZCID’s announcement that it would soon facilitate interparty dialogue among political parties in the country, Mr Kabimba said the development was not exciting as ZCID did not command respect among the political parties and the announcement would not change anything on the political scene. He charged that the ZCID was a foreign sponsored organisation that made pronouncements just to move donors.
