Tue, 31 Oct 2017 09:19:05 +0000 By Simon Muntemba I have written to the Attorney General (AG) to consult him over the illegal structures in Lusaka’s Emmasdale area and once he responds, we will demolish those structures, Lands Minister Jean Kapata has disclosed. Ms Kapata said the demolition exercise of illegal structures which was halted a fortnight ago will be carried out as soon as the AG Likando Kalaluka responds to her letter. In an interview with the Daily Nation yesterday, Ms Kapata pledged that her Ministry would adhere to the ‘rule of law and the supremacy of the Constitution’ in dealing with the administration of land in the country.
