Mon, 10 Oct 2016 10:01:47 +0000 INFRASTRUCTURE is vital for development and is one of Government’s priority areas upheld in both the National Development Plan and Vision 2030, says Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) director investment promotion Matongo Matamwandi. In a statement, Mr Matamwandi noted that infrastructure development was one of Government’s priorities of ensuring sustainable development across the country. He said that infrastructure development was upheld in both the National Development Plan and Vision 2030 and that it was mainly through Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects. Mr Matamwandi outlined that tourism, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors needed a boost, if the country was to see meaningful development.
