In an interview with the Daily Nation yesterday, PF media director Sunday Chanda charged that Mr. Kabimba was a frustrated lonely politician who was in a hurry to resurrect his diminished political fortunes and urged Zambians to ignore him. Mr. Chanda was reacting to media reports quotting Mr. Kabimba as telling peasant farmers not to expect any development from President Edgar Lungu’s administration. Mr. Kabimba said that President Lungu had shown farmers his true colours and that they should not expect any positive price from the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) until the next elections in 2021.
