Thu, 08 Feb 2018 12:36:43 +0000 NOPAFA official charges that planned FAZ AGM is illegal By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSA IT will be illegal for FAZ to hold its annual general meeting on March 31 before elections at provincial level are conducted as per constitutional requirement, Northern Province Amateur Football Association (NOPAFA) official Michael Chimponda has charged. Chimponda said according to the new constitution which was adopted last year, each regional league is supposed to elect four representatives with a voting right at all FAZ AGMs. He stressed that the constitution under which the March 31 AGM would be held states that the council must be composed of 130 delegates and 90 votes.
