This is contained in a letter dated 28th June, 2017, and addressed to the Registrar of the Health Professional Council of Zambia, in which Mr Hichilema accused the Dr George Phiri of taking over the handling his health issues when he already had a private doctor. He said Dr Phiri engaged in professional misconduct and unethical conduct by insisting to supervise Mr Hichilema’s health issues when there was a personal physician who was a consultant, a senior doctor in rank.
