Mr Musoma said that it was absurd for Mr Hichilema to continue claiming that he won last year’s elections when the Electoral Commission of Zambia, including all the organizations that monitored the election, had declared it free and fair. He said the UPND leader was insulting all the organizations including international observer missions that monitored the 2016 elections by claiming that the election was stolen from him.
