He said agricultural science was a practical subject which needed massive land where pupils could practice agricultural farming practices and techniques. Dr Wanchinga said the Government had taken practical steps to reform the country’s education system from theory to practical which could support the country’s economic diversification and job creation. He said the Government had made steps in providing education that would produce enterprising graduates. Dr Wanchinga said imparting practical skills in young people would lead to the creation of a strong and solid economic foundation for many generations to come. “The surest ways of creating jobs among the citizens is by imparting practical skills, knowledge and values through education,” he said.
