VILLAGERS living on the shores of Lake Kariba in Siavonga district have asked the PF Government to honour the promise made by late former President Michael Sata to construct a 52km tarred road in the area. During a visit to the resort town in late 2013, the late President promised the community living on the lake shore that government was going to construct them a 52km long road to boast tourism and ease transportation of goods and services to the locals.
