Speaking on Friday night when she graced the second edition of the ‘Local is Laka’ Comedy Show in partnership with the Esther Lungu Foundation Trust held at Mulungushi, the First Lady emphasized on the need to focus on talent identification in comedy. “As a country, let us also begin to focus on the issue of talent identification as a way of improving our economy.
