Speaking during an interview in Kitwe yesterday, Manfunda said it was disappointing to hear FAZ say there will be a general amnesty granted to clubs for abrogating the law during the 2017 MTN/FAZ Super league. Manfunda said player registration and issues to do with ICT are dealt with by FIFA following a player meeting all the requirements.
