By MICHAEL MIYOBA FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga is hopeful that the association can accelerate its drive towards financial independence with strict accountability and transparency.Kamanga said pushing the drive for financial independence of the association will help it fully implement its programmes without looking out for occasional hand-outs.Kamanga who was re-elected during the delayed elective general meeting on Saturday in Livingstone said the marked increase in revenue from 2018 to 2019 significantly helped to reduce the operational deficit.“I believe the financial reports gave greater hope that with strict accountability and transparency we can accelerate our drive towards financial independence.
