Sat, 10 Feb 2018 09:51:46 +0000 By CHINTU MALAMBO FRED M’membe is being haunted by his former employees who now want to be joined to proceedings in the Constitutional Court where he is seeking a reversal of the Post Newspaper liquidation. The ex-Post Newspaper employees – Abel Mboozi, Roy Habaalu, Andrew Chiwenda, Mweembalubi Mweene and Bonaventure Bwalya, filed a notice of joinder as interested parties to the proceedings. In an affidavit of ex-parte summons for an order for joinder, sworn in by Mr Mboozi, the ex-employees argue that reliefs sought by Mr M’membe directly affected their interest in the company. Earlier, Post Newspapers liquidator, Lewis Mosho, also requested to be joined as a third interested party to the case.
