The funds will be utilised through a sexual and gender based violence (SGBV) prevention and support programme which was launched in Luapula and Northern provinces. EU Ambassador to Zambia, Alessandro Marian, Northern province permanent secretary, Elias Kamanga and Ministry of Gender director Sandra Ndlovu graced the launch on Tuesday. According to Ambassador Marian, the programme would run for six years and would cover all the districts in the two regions.
