Dr Hamukale said once the communication towers are installed, the problem of no network in the area would be eased and more people would have access to mobile phones. Dr Hamukale said the PF government would ensure that all the people across the country had access to Information and Communication Technologies (ITCs) infrastructure. “People in Dudumwezi and in surrounding areas will have access to network once the installation of the communication towers is done, because they had no access to mobile networks for years,” said Dr Hamukale. And UPND Dudumwezi Member of Parliament Edgar Sing’ombe, said putting up more telecommunication towers will ease communication among health care providers at clinics and hospitals.
