In an interview in Lusaka yesterday, PF Southern provincial information and publicist secretary Trymore Mwenda said those blaming President Lungu’s government on the late distribution of farming inputs and other challenges faced in the agriculture sector must be sincere and understand the root cause of the problem. “How long did it take for President Lungu to form Cabinet after winning the elections? Because of some court actions against his election, it took about two months for the President to form Cabinet and some decisions on key Government programmes like the Farmer Input Support Programme can only be made by Cabinet,” Mr. Mwenda said.
