Mr. Mbewe has charged that only frustrated officials can join new parties because they have nothing to offer. Speaking during a party meeting addressed by PF secretary general Davis Mwila on Monday, Mr. Mbewe said the aim of those leaving PF was to make sure the party dies but that, that would not happen. Mr. Mbewe said, it was for that reason that party members in Southern province should not be cheated. “I want to urge the membership in the province not to be cheated by frustrated individuals who are only bent on seeing the PF die.
