Mr Kamba said the development projects had a huge bearing on the 2021 elections and this was why UPND were running like headless chickens trying to block some of them on alleged corruption. He said the hullabaloo surrounding the construction of the mega Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway had nothing to do with alleged anomalies in the tendering process. Mr Kamba said attempts and calls for the cancellation of the project were ill-conceived and should never be given any attention as those opposing the project were doing so in a futile attempt to make the PF lose track and fail to deliver to the people of Zambia according to their 2016 campaign promises. “UPND wants us not to […]
