In an interview yesterday, Mr Mwamba said that the appointment of former republican vice president Lupando as party national chairman was proof that the party was attractive as well as growing. He said that the party was not only attracting the ‘‘big fish’’ but ordinary citizens and stated that other renowned politicians would soon join the party not because of material gain or money but because of its sound manifesto as well as constitution which was based on the unification of the country and alleviating poverty for the ordinary Zambians.
