Mr Mwaba said following President Edgar Lungu’s directive and the intervention by the defence forces the community was adhering to strict hygienic standards and that he hoped change of mind-set would continue even after the cholera fight was won. He warned that members of the community who would be found carelessly throwing garbage would face the law. In an interview, the civic leader thanked the community for maintaining the highest health practices hence reduced cholera cases in Justin Kabwe ward.
