The source told the Daily Nation in an interview that, Mr. Mubanga and the ward development committee had identified a building which would be renovated so that it could be used as a clinic before one was constructed. “The councillor asked the council to fund the project because the area had no clinic and the people were covering not less than 17 kilometres to the nearest clinic. “People have suffered enough and we now need our own clinic.
