Mr Musoma said the cartel wanted to embarrass President Lungu and the government by charging people with uninvestigated cases which result in them being acquitted of all charges. Commenting on expelled PF Roan Member of Parliament, Chishimba Kambwili’s acquittal on three counts of traffic offences, Mr Musoma said that Mr M’membe had teamed up with the UPND to embarrass President Lungu and the PF led government.
