Mr Mutale said he would not be shaken by false media statements from supporters of the rivals because they were ‘‘still mourning over the loss’’. He said he had a lot of work to do in the constituency where he was collecting information regarding the dilapidated infrastructure. The former Patriotic Front (PF) Chimwemwe constituency chairman was reacting to media reports by some residents of Kawama township who called on him to stop celebrating his victory and instead get down to work to deliver on his campaign promises.
