This is in a matter in which Joseph Jama Kaluba was charged with uttering false documents namely the Zambian Passport contrary to section 352 of the penal code chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia. When the matter came up for facts before Magistrate William Banda on Monday morning, Jama Kaluba pleaded guilty to the offence. Statements of facts are that on a date unknown but between October 2015 and January 18, 2015 while in Zambia being a foreign national, Kaluba did fraudulently obtain a Zambian Passport No. ZN 505041 with intent to acquire employment at DAEWOO, the company constructing the Kazungula Bridge.
