Nshinso Ward Councillor Xaviour Chisenga confirmed the development to the Daily Nation in interview. Mr. Chisenga said government through Huwae, a Chinese company, had mounted an 85m high Zamtel cellular communication tower with radius of about 30km to 40km meant to improve communication in the ward. He noted that, lack of proper communication facilities in the vicinity was hampering development as well as growth of businesses.
