Apart from that, the clinic, which was opened over 10 years ago when Yamfwa Mukanga was area Member of Parliament (MP), has no maternity wing and mortuary unit. Kantanshi MP Anthony Mumba said he was saddened and disappointed that a clinic which has been operating for more than 10 years did not have those facilities. During the tour of the clinic, Mr Mumba said he would engage the Ministry of Health to improve the infrastructure at the institution.
