Family Kingdom Ministries’ senior church elder George Tembo filed a statement of claim before the Lusaka High Court that Ms Mushipe has been issuing threats to evict the church from her premises located in Garden Compound which was a breach of their landlord-tenant contract. Mr Tembo requested from the Court a restraining order against Ms Mushipe to stop her from making any threats of locking the premises during church service including damages for the inconvenience suffered by the members as well as to be given enough time to relocate.
