Paramount Chief Chitimukulu Kanyanta Manga ll says he is convinced former Information Minister Chishimba Kambwili had ill intentions for the Ukusefya Pa Ng’wena Traditional Ceremony, which was why he barred him from attending. He said Mr Kambwili had never shown willingness to aid the Bemba Royal Establishment despite requests to him and even when he served as Cabinet minister.
