Che Delong yesterday failed to appear before Lusaka Magistrate Phaides Hamaundu for the second time in two weeks and none of his lawyers was in court to explain the accused’s reason of staying away from court. . On February 10, 2017, Ms. Hamaundu issued a bench warrant against Che, 34, of house number 40, Millennium Village, Long Acres, Lusaka; and yesterday she adjourned the matter to March 21, 2017, for return of the bench warrant.
