Mr Chilangwa also charged that Government would not take kindly to people frustrating investors who are interested in setting up businesses in the region. Mr Chilangwa who is Kawambwa Central Member of Parliament told the Daily Nation yesterday that he was saddened with the poor working attitude by some of the civil servants in the province.
