Sat, 25 Aug 2012 12:43:17 +0000 Government has said that Malawian Judge Lovemore Chikopa will remain in the country until the judicial review matter in the Courts is concluded. Three Judges namely Charles Kajimanga, Nigel Mutuna and Philip Musonda have challenged their suspension in the courts of law by President Micheal Sata thereby stalling the sittings of the tribunal appointed to probe them. Chief Government Spokesperson Kennedy Sakeni said that the nation should not worry about government’s expenditure on Judge Chikopa. Mr. Sakeni said that the Zambian government invited the Malawian Judge into the country and will out of courtesy take care of him whilst in Zambia.
