Chief Chiwala, who disowned Ndelementi as one of his subjects told the Daily Nation that he had since lodged a complaint with the police against Mr. Ndelementi. He said he would not rest until Ndelementi was brought to book. The chief wondered why chieftaincy issues were taken to court when it was an internal matter. “I do not know the person and have never met him before. I suspect he has just been hired by people who are fighting my chieftaincy and issues being brought to light are false, malicious and can bring about anarchy in my chiefdom,” he said.
