Mr Chanda told the VOA in an interview that “it is now clear that they have run out of ideas or have no clue on the operations of Government.” He said the glaring levels of ignorance displayed by the UPND leadership in understanding or explaining the operations of the presidency or governance was what will forever subject them to remain a mere opposition party.
