Sun, 27 Jan 2013 11:47:46 +0000 The Catholic Church has warned that Zambia risks to be plunged into chaos if the Public Order Act is not repealed because it is both repressive and anachronistic.This was said in a Pastoral statement issued by the 12 Catholic bishops representing the Zambia Episcopal Conference (ZEC) in Lusaka yesterday.
