In an interview with Daily Nation, Zambia Motor Association (ZMA) vice Chairperson, Owen Matema, expressed gratitude to the government over the gesture saying car dealers would do everything possible to ensure that they kept the place clean. Last week, Local Government Minister, Vincent Mwale, said the local authority had removed all the car dealers from the CBD because they did not have sanitary facilities just like vendors. Mr Mwale said a temporal place had been found for the car dealers and that they would be operating in front of Government Complex in Kamwala until a permanent trading place was found for them.
