Mon, 29 Jan 2018 16:26:59 +0000 By LINDA SOKO TEMBO OVER 500 car dealers who were conducting their business in the Lusaka Central Business District (CBD) have been temporarily moved to an empty space opposite government complex in Lusaka by the Ministry of Local Government and Housing. In an interview with Daily Nation, Zambia Motor Association (ZMA) vice Chairperson, Owen Matema, expressed gratitude to the government over the gesture saying car dealers would do everything possible to ensure that they kept the place clean. Last week, Local Government Minister, Vincent Mwale, said the local authority had removed all the car dealers from the CBD because they did not have sanitary facilities just like vendors.
