Fri, 23 Feb 2018 09:09:17 +0000 By JUSTINA MULENGA A 27-year-old Bolivian national who was intercepted at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) in Lusaka on February 18 2018 for trafficking 2.1kg of cocaine wrapped in condoms and concealed in fifty five roll on bottles has been dragged to court. In this matter, Veizaga Arias Steven, is facing two counts, one of trafficking in narcotics drugs contrary to section 6 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Chapter 96 of the Laws of Zambia, and two, importation of Narcotics Drugs contrary to Section 7 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Chapter 96 of the Laws of Zambia. Steven was intercepted at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport upon arrival from Rio de Janeiro via Angola abroad an Angolan Airlines flight.
