National Democratic Congress is a party bent on tribal margins so as to promote their ethnic agenda instead of the Zambian agenda, National Restoration Party information and publicity secretary Bwalya Nondo has said. Mr Nondo said it was unfortunate that some people have grouped to expose their tribal nature by implying they were driving the Bemba agenda when in the actual fact they were merely exposing themselves as being tribe-centered.
