In an interview with the Daily Nation, Ackim Sinyangwe, a bus operator, said patients and other members of the public using the facility found it hard to access transport at the station, especially during the rainy season. Mr Sinyangwe said that residents faced serious challenges during harsh weather conditions and there was need for the local authority to look into their request.
