Mwami Mission Hospital in Chipata district, Eastern Province is in need of protective clothing for members of staff against COVID-19 pandemic. Mwami Mission Hospital administrator Peter Tembo says 11 members of staff and 20 students tested positive to COVID-19 pandemic. Mr Tembo appealed to stakeholder to help the hospital with protective clothing as the health care givers are in the front line to fight COVID-19.Mr Tembo was speaking in an interview after receiving a donation of PPEs from Langeni Member of Parliament Charles Zulu.The health workers were quarantined for 14 days until they recovered. We also had 20 positive cases among students but they were treated and have recovered, he said.
