New Congress Party (NCP) president Peter Chanda advised Mr M’membe to stop demoralising the Zambian people because he has many issues of personal integrity he must explain.“Mr M’membe should explain the Zambian Airways collapse and the loan of US$5.5 million which was procured from Development Bank of Zambia and the Intermarket Bank.
