By BUUMBA CHIMBULU A MINING “indaba” with a view to putting in place and implementing a stable mining tax regime is expected to take place before May this year.Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development Permanent Secretary, Barnaby Mulenga, said Government was targeting to hold the “indaba” before Parliament dissolved in May this year.“We will try and organise it before Parliament is dissolved. Parliament is dissolving in May, so before that we will try and squeeze it in.“The earlier we have it the better, but we need to concretise the date with our policy makers. The minister has to guide that is why at the moment we do not have the date.
