By SILUMESI MALUMO I WILL engage the Attorney General to see what next we can do as government on the judgement made by the High Court to quash my decision to declare Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) transmission as common carrier, Energy Minister Mathew Nkhuwa has said.Mr Nkhuwa said after consulting the Attorney General, Government would then decide whether it would be neccessary to appeal the judgement.The minister said the government’s legal team would know the route which can be taken on the judgement.“My Permanent Secretary has just sent me the judgement made by the High Court today (Saturday) and I am trying to go through it.And the issue is that today (yesterday) is Saturday so we cannot do anything.
