THE strategy taken by the Socialist Party (SP) to recruit youths in three provinces is a failed project, Patriotic Front (PF) National Chairperson Samuel Mukupa has said.Mr Mukupa said the ruling party was still commanding popularity in Muchinga, Northern and Copperbelt provinces where the Socialist Party had engaged the elite to recruit members.He has also challenged Government to investigate claims that the Socialist Party has put some civil servants on the payroll to undertake the recruitment process.“There is nowhere in the world where revolution has been led and executed by the elite. Running a political party and particularly the recruitment drive is not like running a church where every member is dedicated.
