By KETRA KALUNGAZAMBIANS have been urged to stop tarnishing the image of the country to potential investors through negative sentiments on the economy.Evangelical Youth Alliance (EYA) President, Moses Lungu, said it was unfortunate that people, especially politicians, were making political mileage by talking ill of the country’s economy.Reverend Lungu said in an interview that it was the duty of every well-meaning Zambian to show patriotism and speaking positively on the country’s economy especially to outsiders.The clergyman said it was sad that despite seeing progressive developments, most Zambians were busy damaging the image of the country to potential investors.”It’s amazing how people despite seeing the positive and progressive development and situations that are changing the shape of our country, people still want to make political mileage that is shaping negative opinion on what is positive about Zambia, he said.Rev Lungu warned against taking advantage of prevailing economic challenges in the country for political mileage.He said people […]
