By PRISCA LUMINGU-BANDA in NamwalaPRESIDENT Edgar Lungu said people should not be harsh with Government when they notice that some infrastructure projects have delayed because the state was constrained with resources.President Lungu said Government would continue working on infrastructure countrywide such as roads but due to lack of resources, some projects may delay to be completed.Mr Lungu said this when he met Chief Mukobela, Chief Machila, Chief Mungaila and Senior Chief Nalubamba’s representative in Namwala yesterday.“Don’t be harsh with us when you see roads which were supposed to be tarred and they are not yet tarred, it is because of resources. But we will do them.
