By ANDREW MUKOMATHE UPND has dismissed Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) leader Andrew Ntewewe’s allegation that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has allocated more voter registration kits to Southern Province than any other region.UPND Information and Publicity secretary, Neto Halwabala, said in Livingstone that Mr Ntewewe’s allegations wrre a clear indication that he had not yet recovered from the loss of Bill 10.He said Mr Ntewewe’s sentiments do not make sense in anyway and must not be taken seriously.Mr Halwabala said it was unfortunate that Mr Ntewewe had singled out individual employees of the ECZ without providing proof.He said such alarming sentiments had the potential to spark ethnical differences because of the YALI leader’s carelessness.“Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) President Andrew Ntewewe’s allegations against ECZ ‘s allocation of voter registration KITs to Southern Province more than any other province is a clear indication that he has not recovered from the loss of the poisonous […]
