By AARON CHIYANZOSTUDENTS who are completely unable to pay academic fees should withdraw and register when they are ready because they will not be allowed to write examinations, University of Zambia (UNZA) Vice Chancellor Professor Luke Mumba has said.Prof Mumba said all students who had outstanding obligations would not be allowed to write examinations. The examinations commenced yesterday.He said some students never come back to clear their dues when they were allowed to write examinations.“We will not take that route this time around, students just have to clear their dues.
