INDENI Refinery has started producing fuel and will stabilize the shortage of petrol and diesel which created by recent strike action by truck drivers, Energy minister, Mathew Nkhuwa has said.Mr Nkhuwa said loads of trucks carrying crude started arriving in the country last week.He said with the crude now readily available, Indeni had started producing fuel.Mr Nkhuwa said he had been to Chingola, Kitwe and Ndola which were hit the most and had discovered that there was no panic buying of fuel.About two weeks ago, truck drivers parked their vehicles and staged a sit-in protest demanding better conditions of service.-ZNBC
